About This Course
To round out your data-analysis skills in project management, you'll communicate during a project, manage stakeholder relationships and expectations, and report on project performance. You'll also perform sprint reviews and retrospectives and coordinate releases and deployment planning. Finally, you'll deliver the final product, close project procurements, and then close the project. This is the fifth and final course in a multi-course Specialization. All of the courses in this Specialization require that you have a recent version of Microsoft Word and Excel installed in order to open the course data files.
