Knowing how to influence people effectively, and with confidence, is a skill that can make a huge difference to your career, your day-to-day work life and your personal relationships. Every interaction you have with anybody has an element of influencing or persuading going on. My goal is for you to feel happy, confident, and in control when trying to influence others - especially in a management role If you feel like you avoid confrontation, are under-appreciated at work or at home, can't get through to your teammates, or are not sure how to get what you want from life, then this practical course is here to change your life. The communication skills you will develop during this course will allow you to head into any interaction without stress or worry.
