You'll learn to apply the PERMA well-being framework—Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment—to assess YOUR own strengths and gaps, and discover why 'Three Good Things' actually works psychologically. You'll use ChatGPT to conduct YOUR PERMA self-assessment and generate gratitude prompts tailored to YOUR specific life. Most importantly, you'll conduct YOUR own 7-day experiment using Google Sheets to track entries and ChatGPT to analyze patterns. Through realistic role plays where you apply PERMA to real situations, explain these concepts to skeptical friends, and coach dialogues where you navigate personalization challenges, you'll practice applying positive psychology in contexts that matter to YOU.
