About This Course
This course will help you learn how to make marketing decisions based on business objectives, data, and the capabilities of artificial intelligence rather than intuition or isolated tactics. Upon completion, you will be able to systematically analyze markets, customer motivations, and business constraints, develop well-grounded marketing strategies, and use AI as a tool for strategic thinking. Throughout the course, you will master core strategic marketing frameworks—from Product–Market Fit and Jobs-to-be-Done to working with NPS and market trends—and learn how to apply them in practice using Microsoft Copilot. The course demonstrates how to use Copilot not only for content generation, but also for analysis, information structuring, presentation development, and support of managerial decision-making. Special attention is given to prompt engineering. You will learn how to guide AI outputs by setting the right context, constraints, and formats in order to achieve predictable, high-quality results without programming. The final module builds an understanding of the ethical and responsible use of AI in a professional environment. The course is designed for marketers, product and growth specialists, as well as managers and consultants who want to integrate AI into strategic work and improve the quality of their decisions.
