Agile Systems Engineering

This Specialization is intended for project managers and new systems Engineers seeking to develop a working knowledge of Systems Engineering and Agile techniques. Through four courses, you will cover Systems Engineering fundamentals, Agile principles, challenges with Scaling agile to Systems Engineering Projects and leadership techniques which will prepare you to effectively design and implement systems engineering processes and methods to complete large-scale engineering under frequent change.
